We are looking for a young staff with basic University BA diploma. Some working experience(1-2 years) in tourism industry is desirable. Intermediate English oral and written skill is must, but knowledge any other EU language is advantage. (Hungarian would be perfect!) ・4年制大学を卒業された方(就労ビザ取得条件のため) ・旅行業界で1-2年以上の職歴のある方歓迎 ・中級レベルの英語の読み書き、会話のできる方 (英語の他、ハンガリー語やEU諸国の他の言語が出来る方は歓迎します) |
| 仕事内容 |
Job description: Mostly working at the office to coordinate tours and to make a reservation for individuals or companies in Hungary. You are responsible for taking care of tours, contacting Tour escorts. In addition, you are in charge of 6-7 days/month as urgent assistant by mobile phone for clients. ハンガリーにおける、日本人観光客のアテンド及びツアーコーディネーション 具体的には… 個人＆団体向けのホテル、ガイド・通訳や送迎アシスタントなどの人的サービス、車やバス等の移動手段、レストランや観光・訪問ポイント等、旅行に必要なあらゆる素材の手配を行います。 また、日本語と英語を使って、一般事務からクライアント様、添乗員さんの対応もお願いします。 また、携帯電話による緊急連絡を担当していただくこともございます(月に6-7日)。 |

| 休日・休暇 | Working days: 22 working days/per month. In addition, urgent assistant by mobile phone for clients 6-7 days in a month. 月22日の就労となります、但し、月に6-7日、携帯電話による緊急連絡の対応をお願い致します。 |
